The 10x Challenge gave me a reason to actually sit down at month end and look at what i did which is something i used to skip entirely. Reviewing my own trades was always a chore but having a structured format makes it less painful. You also start noticing patterns in your losses that you completely ignore in the heat of the moment so it forced me to be more honest about where my strategy was failing and i have been much more disciplined with my entries ever since i started using it.
